Do you only need help with finding housing?
For individuals who do not need on-site housing but still require guidance and support, The Mona Legacy Group offers Housing Case Management services. Through this program, participants work one-on-one with a dedicated case manager to address housing barriers, develop individualized housing plans, and connect to community resources. Services may include assistance with housing searches, landlord mediation, budgeting support, referrals to employment or mental health services, and ongoing progress monitoring. This service is designed to help participants stabilize their housing, increase self-sufficiency, and successfully transition into safe and sustainable living situations.
